· COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION- I represent construction prime and subcontractors, technology companies and commercial owners in resolving their legal difficulties in order to avoid litigation if at all possible. I provide legal services to their businesses and operations from organization and formation to the preparation, prosecution and negotiation of claims to private and public owners.

· RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION- I represent owners and private individuals in the full range of contract matters unique to major residential construction. I actively promote the astute use of legal resources in advance of large residential projects to avoid the legal pitfalls encountered by nearly all homeowners who proceed without professional assistance.
